How do i stop being nervous and scared in basketball games?
In practice im the best or second best on the team but in ral games i get all nervous and i suck. what can i do so im not nervous and do better
wow u and me have the same problem in practice im really good and can shoot and make almost all of my shots but when i go into real game i get nervous too and airball a lot of shots. all i do is be confident before the game starts belive in yourself and dont say you suck because its just the pressure so just relax and be confident on yourself hope i helped.
