How can I improve my Basketball skills over summer vacation?
I played basketball very casually since I was 10 now im 13 and 2 months ago I really picked it up. Over these 2 months I started shooting 2/50 shots from the outside of the key now I’m up to 30/50. I make constant layups easy I practice those less often. What I’m saying is If I practice for 8 weeks every day 2+ hours how good would I get. Btw im 5’5 and pretty strong.
I have a friend that did this program a couple of years ago and it made him a lot better. He started out getting cut from his middle school team and ended up making varsity as a 10th grader.
