European Nba fan: which college team should I root for?
Hey guys! I’m a Basketball fan from the UK. I’ve been a New Jersey Nets fan since about 2002 or so (no comments on that, I don’t care how much you love the Knicks or how bad the Nets’ losing streaks were), and just realized, for someone watching Nba Games Online I really don’t get enough basketball action. Football (soccer)’s big here, but I’m not very keen on that. So I’ve decided to poke around through college ball a bit.
Which team would you suggest I go for? I’m a complete newbie when it comes to this, so anything may go. I’m a bit partial to Syracuse just because I’ve watched “The Express” so many damn times, but that’s not a real reason. A New Jersey/Brooklyn area team would do.
I know it’s a weird question, but I’d really like it if all of you would answer objectively, not just say “my team’s the best”. Please
